GM Web Co. is a two-person web design studio in Miami, Florida, run by Galileo S. and Matthew M. This page explains what information we collect on gmwebco.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you book a call, we collect what you type into the booking form:

• Your name and email address (required)
• Your phone number and business name (optional)
• The package and budget you pick, and any notes about your project (optional)
• The date and time you choose

We also count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you personally.

How we use it

• To schedule your call and send you a Google Calendar invite with a Google Meet link
• To contact you about your website project
• To prepare a quote for you

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

We use a few services to run the site. They only get what they need to do their job:

• Google Calendar and Google Meet hold your call details and send you the invite.
• Vercel hosts this website and stores booking records.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details while we're talking with you or working on your site, and delete them within 12 months after we stop working together, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you at any time. You can also change or cancel your call with the link in your booking confirmation.

Google data

Our website connects only to our own Google Calendar to create and update events for booked calls. We don't access your Google account.
